      Hi Refilwe,

      Happy to help! In order to pursue a master’s degree, you will need to have already earned your bachelor’s degree. Depending on the university where you earned your diploma in management, some of those credits may transfer into a BBA program. It will depend on the university and their transfer requirements. Purdue offers a bachelor’s in business online if you want to check them out.
